しょうが 1/2かけ/にんにく 1かけ/水、老酒 各200cc/八角 1個/塩

■沖縄風

 豚バラ 500g

泡盛200ml/水1.5l/昆布10㌢角4枚/しょうが1/2かけ/にんにく2かけ/赤唐辛子1本/しょうゆ200ml/黒糖50g/しらがねぎ

どちらも煮卵OK
