Miso 2015

Usually, after make miso paste, i store it in the refrigerator,  but i leave it in room temp in this year. Yesterday, I open it for show to Carlos how it looks like. then it color is different already, and you can taste some sweetness. beautiful taste. i lean that should leave in room temp at least summer. temp doing good job!

毎年恒例の味噌づくり。いつもは冷蔵庫にいれて保管するけど、今年はキッチンの片隅においておいた。きのう、カルロスに見せてあげようとおもって取り出してみたら、色がいつもと違う。味も、もうすでにふんわりとした甘味がある。ものすごくいい感じ。やっぱり味噌は夏になるまでは室温においておいたほうがよかったんだ。学習しました。
