Pear Cake

大分前に作ったけど、メモとるの忘れてた。家でとれた梨をコンポートにしておいたのを使ったケーキ。元ネタはピーチだったけど。

元ネタ Peach Kuchen, German Peach Cake with Canned Peaches

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon mace or nutmeg
1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup whole milk
1 egg
1 large bin (825 g) pear comport, drained and sliced into 1/2-inch thick

For the Custard Cream
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoon flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch salt
